Build visual pattern recognition with before, during, and after images.
Screenshots turn trades into visual evidence. Capture the planned setup before entry, the chart during management, and the final outcome after exit. This sequence shows whether the trade matched the playbook and whether your decisions fit the information available at the time.
Annotate the screenshots with context, level, trigger, stop, target, and emotional notes. Over time, repeated images reveal which versions of a setup are clean and which versions are low quality. This improves pattern recognition faster than reviewing numbers alone.
Do not only screenshot winners. Losing trades and scratches often teach more because they reveal weak location, late entries, poor management, or ignored invalidation. A balanced screenshot library becomes a training manual for your future self.
