A weekly review converts trading activity into improvement. Start by summarizing total trades, net R, best setup, worst setup, rule adherence, major mistakes, and market conditions. Then compare the week to your written process instead of judging only by profit or loss.

Choose one or two changes for the next week. Too many goals dilute focus. A useful review might lead to a rule such as no trades after two losses, only A setups during the first hour, or reduced size in midday conditions.

End the review with a written plan. Identify the playbooks in focus, the markets to trade, the conditions to avoid, and the behavior goal for the week. Consistent review compounds because each week leaves behind a clearer operating system.
