Volume & Delta
What traded volume and aggressive buying or selling can reveal.
Volume shows how much traded. Delta attempts to show the difference between aggressive buying and aggressive selling. Together, they can reveal whether a move is supported by participation or happening on thin activity.
Rising price with strong positive delta may show aggressive buyers. But if price stops rising despite strong buying, sellers may be absorbing the demand. Falling price with negative delta can show aggressive sellers, but failure to continue lower may signal absorption by buyers.
Order-flow tools are best used as confirmation, not prediction. They help answer whether the behavior at a level supports your chart read. Always combine volume and delta with structure, location, and risk.
